At AfriEssence, your order is our priority. We focus on fast and reliable delivery so you can enjoy your products as soon as possible. Our team carefully prepares and ships every order with attention to detail. Below you’ll find clear information about our shipping regions, delivery options, costs, estimated delivery times and what to do if there’s ever an issue with your order.

1. Shipping Regions

All orders within Europe will be shipped with DHL/ PostNL. Orders to the UK will be shipped with FEDEX. 

Free shipping thresholds:

  • €100 and above: Netherlands
  • €150 and above: Other EU countries

Shipping costs are calculated as a flat rate per country/region and are displayed at checkout once your address is entered.


2. Processing and Delivery Times

Orders placed before 12:00 CET on business days are shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.

Estimated delivery times:
Netherlands: 1 -5 business day
Other EU countries: 2 to 7 business days depending on the destination

Please note that during busy periods such as holidays or promotional sales, processing times may take slightly longer.

3. Tracking and Order Updates

All parcel shipments include a tracking number, allowing you to follow your order every step of the way.

4. Customs, Duties and Taxes

All orders shipped within the European Union include VAT in the displayed prices. Please note that depending on your country and the total value of your order, local taxes or import duties may apply upon delivery. AfriEssence is not responsible for these additional charges. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.
