Ordering
No, you don’t need an account to shop with us. You can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders, manage returns more easily, and save your shipping details for future purchases.
We start processing orders right away. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@afriessence.nl. We’ll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once your order is being processed.
Orders placed before 23:00 are shipped the same day. Some products have a longer delivery time of 7–14 business days. This is clearly stated on the product page.
If an item is sold out, we’re working hard to restock it as soon as possible. For updates, please check the product page regularly or contact us directly at info@afriessence.nl.
Unfortunately, we do not offer reservations for items at this time. We recommend checking the product page frequently and signing up for restock updates if available.
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find the confirmation, it’s possible there was a typo in your email address during checkout. Contact us at info@afriessence.nl with your name and order details, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

We’ll do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee any changes once your order has been processed. Please make sure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
Shipping

Yes, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email as soon as your order has been shipped.
Returns
You have 30 days to return unused and unopened products. Return shipping costs are at your own expense. Visit our Returns page for full details.
If you'd like to return one or more items from your order, you may do so within 30 days of the shipment date. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will confirm the return and issue a refund to your original payment method within a few business days. We process refunds within 10 business days after receiving your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Yes, you can return items from multiple orders in one package, as long as each item meets the return conditions. Please include a note with the order numbers for all items inside the return parcel so we can process them correctly.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Items that are damaged, used, or missing original packaging cannot be returned. Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of beauty tools that have been opened or used.
Payment
We accept major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and iDEAL.
If your payment didn’t go through, please double-check that all payment details are correct and that your card or payment method is supported. Yes, once your payment is successfully completed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order and payment. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam or junk folder.
