Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, you may return the item within 30 days, provided it is unused, unopened, and in original condition.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition

  • All tags, seals, and packaging must be intact

  • For hygiene reasons, opened or used beauty tools and personal care items cannot be returned

  • Personalized items and gift cards are non-refundable

Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your item.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Email info@afriessence.nl with your order number and return request

  2. Pack the item securely in a sturdy box

  3. Use a shipping method of your choice and send the return to the address we will provide by email

Processing & Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days using your original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
