Pre-order items will be delivered within 10 to 30 working days. Your package may arrive earlier, but we will keep you updated with a Track & Trace code, which you will receive once your order is shipped.
You may return products within 30 days of purchase. If this period has passed, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund.
We only accept unused items. Please ensure the product is in its original condition, exactly as you received it, and returned in its original packaging. We cannot accept products where the seal has been broken for hygiene reasons.
